Want to sleep better? Experts explain what color should be the bedroom for you to have a peaceful sleep

People who sleep in rooms decorated in blue are part of the most relaxing sleep, while people who have bedrooms predominating colors brown, gray or purple struggling most with sleep problems, reveals a new study.

 On average, people who sleep in rooms decorated in shades of blue sleep 7:00 and 52 minutes per night.
 The study was commissioned by hotel company Travelodge and analyzed 2,000 bedrooms and how colors affect sleep quality. It was found that people who sleep in rooms decorated in calm colors such as yellow, blue or green, are part of the best sleep.
